Customers must not use NexCloudX to: violate law; send spam/unlawful communications; infringe IP; distribute malware; probe/bypass security; mine crypto on platform resources; resell access without authorization; process data without lawful basis.
Customers must: secure credentials; respect privacy/telecom consent rules for outreach and Click-to-Call; promptly report abuse.
Enforcement: warning, suspension, or termination; cooperation with lawful requests.
